About the Book

A Big Dream,
A Brave Heart

DJ is a little boy with a big dream. After the police helped his family during a hurricane, DJ knew he wanted to become a police officer. He learned that police officers protect families, help children, and keep people safe.

Even when life was hard, DJ stayed brave and never gave up. Police officers across the country welcomed DJ with kindness and made him part of their team.

But as his story spread, DJ never could have guessed that even bigger things were in store for him — including a surprise from the President of the United States!
